RelayForge HQ operates private automation tools for the site owner. This policy explains how those tools use Google account data when the account owner authorizes access.
Depending on the specific tool, RelayForge HQ may access Google Drive files and folders and/or Google Sheets that the authorized account is permitted to access.
Google data is used only to perform requested automation tasks, such as reading or updating spreadsheets, reading or managing authorized Drive files and folders, and operating related workflow automations.
RelayForge HQ does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with advertisers. Data is disclosed only when required to operate the authorized workflow, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.
Access credentials are stored only as needed to operate authorized automations. Workflow data may be retained only as necessary for the operation and reliability of those automations. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and authorized data, including keeping credentials out of public source code and limiting access to the systems that require them.
You may revoke Google account access at any time from your Google Account security settings under third-party connections.
This policy may be updated when the supported workflows or Google integrations change. The current version will remain posted on this page.
